I'm going to keep this one short as it's late (ish) and the fact that I know I'm going to be up later on tonight with Annabel, (my youngest) who's teething! This week is a tough one Olivia, (my eldest ) started school for the first time on Tuesday, I know millions upon millions of parents have had to face the fact that their babies are starting to grow up, but it doesn't make it any easier. I was at work when every one woke up as usual so the first pictures I saw of my daughter in school uniform where those which my wife sent to me via text message ( I have been avoiding seeing her dressed up prior to this, but I do understand that there has been as least one dress rehearsal!) How can someone change overnight, I mean she looked like a school girl! Maybe I'm just being over dramatic, the fact that my wife feels the same means at least I'm not loosing the plot. Anyway you have to move on and besides she did have a great first day and as long as she's happy what else matters!!!! Early next week I'm going live with the new online store www.cuddles beforebedtime.co.uk and there's still a lot of tiding up to be done so it looks like more weekend work on this one, big week next week. Its just 3 weeks until our retail show at Earls Court and we still pretty much unprepared so flat out until then, it will be worth it in the end, (probably!!) |
