The weekend just gone was a busy one, normally the weekends consist of running around after the kids. This weekend, the children where collected by the grandparents then me and Kate set off into London. We had managed to find a hotel on MrandMrsSmith.com which despite the rather dubious connotations the name suggests is the best hotel site I have seen in ages. Staying in the poshest hotel I stayed in for a long time in the middle of South Kensington we headed into Leicester Square to get tickets for a show. Five minutes later and after a slightly weird conversation with the man in the box office place we had tickets for Spamalot! Brilliant!! I don't often laugh uncontrollably (it's just not British ) but I did on Saturday, Stupid and clever all rolled into 2 and a bit hours. After late a late meal and off to the hotel, check out in the morning and went off to find somewhere for breakfast. Sat down and people watched for a while only to realise I still had the hotel keys in my pocket, back to the Hotel again!! I'm not very good at this. Anyway great night, have made a conscious decision to do more of this. I'm working hard to get the new site noticed www.cuddlesbeforebedtime.co.uk and trying to link with as many sites as I can this is not as easy as it looks. Must try harder! |
